Got a burning question before you hit the dancefloor with us? You’re in the right place! Whether you’re wondering what to wear, how far we’ll walk, or what happens if the British weather does its thing, we’ve got you covered. Our tours are all about music, laughter, and exploring the city in the most unforgettable way — so we like to keep things simple, clear, and fun.
- Are there toilet breaks?Yes! We stop on the longer West End Musical Tour. For all others, we recommend a quick pit-stop before we set off.
- Can I bring alcohol to a Silent Disco Walking Tour?We love a good sing-along after a glass of wine, but please save the drinks for before or after the tour — no alcohol on the tours, please!
- Where do tours start and end? Most of our tours start and end at The Marquis of Granby, 2 Rathbone Place in the West End of London. Please see the address info on each tour page for details, directions and maps. All our tours are circular, which means you’ll finish right where you started. Handy if you’re heading on to dinner, the theatre, or straight back to the pub. Also, because of the circular nature of our tours, we offer a free cloak room service so you can leave your shopping coats and bags while on a tour.
- How much walking is involved?Expect around 1.5–2.5 hours of strolling through the city streets. Don’t worry, the music and dancing will keep your feet moving and your spirits high — you won’t even notice the distance.
- Are the tours wheelchair-friendly?Yes, all routes are accessible. Let us know about any mobility needs in advance so we can make sure you’re fully looked after.
- What happens if it rains? This is London — a little drizzle won’t stop us! Tours run rain or shine, and our team carry ponchos if the heavens really open. Dress for the weather and keep on grooving.
- Is it suitable for children?Absolutely! We recommend ages 6 and up. Younger children are welcome too, though they may prefer a buggy and might not want to wear headphones for the full tour.
- What should I wear?Comfortable trainers and weather-ready clothes are perfect. Keep your hands free — you’ll want them for clapping, twirling, and showing off those dance moves.
- What kind of music will I hear?It depends on the tour! Expect show-stopping West End numbers, party-pop anthems with our drag queens, or festive classics on the Christmas Lights tour.
- Can I book a private or office party?Yes! Our tours are brilliant for birthdays, hen/stag dos, and team nights out. Private bookings start from 15 people, but we can go much bigger if you’ve got a crowd. Check out our Private Tours page for details.
