Important Information Before Your Tour

We want you to have the best (and safest) time possible on your Silent Disco Walking Tour. Here are a few tips and things to keep in mind before you join the fun:

What to Wear

  • Avoid earrings or accessories that might dig in when wearing over-ear headphones.
  • Wear comfortable shoes — you’ll be walking and dancing for up to two hours. (Sorry, high heels aren’t ideal… yes, that includes you, boys!)
  • Dress for the weather. Our tours take place outdoors, and if it rains, we’ll get wet! Bring a jacket or coat so nothing dampens your groove.

During the Tour

  • Come ready to have fun! Sing, dance, and get involved — the more energy you bring, the better the vibe.
  • Our stewards are there to keep you safe. Please follow their instructions at all times. Anyone who repeatedly ignores their directions may be asked to leave the tour.*
  • Tours start strictly at the time shown on your ticket. Latecomers may not be admitted.*

Personal Belongings

Please keep your valuables safe and secure. As you’ll have limited awareness of your surroundings while wearing headphones, we can’t accept responsibility for lost or stolen items.

Alcohol & Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears too intoxicated to take part safely.* Our tours are all about good vibes, laughter, and shared fun — so let’s keep it that way.

Events Outside Our Control

Sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. We won’t be liable or responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events such as:

Adverse weather • Strikes • Industrial action • Civil unrest • Riot • Invasion • Terrorist threat or attack • War or conflict • Fire • Explosion • Storm • Flood • Earthquake • Subsidence • Pandemic or epidemic • Failure of public or private networks

If such an event occurs, we will:

(a) Contact you as soon as reasonably possible; and

(b) Offer alternative services where possible.*

*No refunds will be issued in these circumstances
