We have a toilet stop on the longer West End Musical Tour. For all other tours, we recommend using the facilities before we start.
Feel free to enjoy a few drinks before the tour and as many as you like after, but please refrain from bringing alcohol during the tour.
All our tours are designed to be circular, so you’ll start and end at the same point. Convenient, right?
Our tours involve a moderate amount of walking, usually lasting between 1.5 to 2.5 hours. But don’t worry, you won’t even notice how much you’re walking because you’re having so much fun dancing and exploring with us!
We have an optional break in the West End Musical Tour only. For other tours, we keep the groove going!
Yes, all our routes are wheelchair accessible. We strive to make our tours as inclusive as possible. Please contact us in advance to discuss any specific mobility needs so we can ensure a comfortable experience.
We understand that plans can change. We offer ticket insurance for just £1.99, which provides flexibility in case you need to cancel. Please refer to our cancellation policy on the website for more details.
Yes, you can leave the tour early if needed. Just let your guide know in advance, and they’ll assist you in making a smooth exit.
Absolutely! Our tours are a fun and unique way to celebrate birthdays, hen parties, stag dos, and office parties. Contact us for more details on private bookings and custom experiences.
Our tours are designed with specific start and end points to ensure the best experience. However, if you’re booking a private tour, we can offer bespoke start, end, or tour routes, and we can even host our tour anywhere in the UK. Please contact us to discuss your special requests, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
The minimum charge for a private tour is based on 15 people, but you can have any number up to 15 participants. We recommend at least 6 people for a private tour to get the most out of the experience!
Wear weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable trainers, and try to keep your hands free for those dance moves. We offer a free cloakroom service at the start/end point for any items you need to store.
Yes, you can bring a small bag or backpack, and you can leave them in our free cloakroom if needed. Just make sure it’s something you can easily carry while moving and grooving.
Our tours typically last between 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on the route. It’s the perfect amount of time to explore and enjoy!
The music is based on the theme of the tour you choose. For the West End Tour, most people will know about 60% of the songs, even if they’re not big musical fans. The Drag Queen Disco Diva Tour features a mix of old and new pop music and party bangers. For the Christmas Lights Tour, expect Christmas songs old and new, some carols, surprises, and cheesy party classics.
We recommend the tours for children aged 6 and up. Younger ones are welcome, but they may prefer to be in a buggy as it’s a lot of walking for a child. Also, they may not want to wear the headphones, which means they won’t hear the music.
While we have a set playlist designed to enhance the tour experience, you can choose three songs for a private tour if you let us know in advance. We’ll do our best to incorporate your favorites!
We strive to make our tours as accessible as possible. Please reach out to us in advance to discuss any specific mobility needs, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Well-behaved dogs that are accustomed to central London and busy streets are welcome. You must clean up after them, and please note they may not be allowed inside the pubs. We’ve even had a cat join us once!
Our tours run rain or shine, so please dress appropriately for the weather. If there is heavy rain while on the tour, we will provide you with free rain ponchos that our stewards carry with us. In the event of extreme weather conditions, we will contact you with any changes or cancellations.
